CSR vision
De Meeuw considers the interplay with society and the common welfare as essential to the organisation’s long-term raison d’être.
By implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), De Meeuw develops values for a healthier, safer and more comfortable living and working environment, as well as improving its competitive edge, thereby forming part of a responsible society. 

Objective
From September 2008, a number of initiatives and measures related to CSR have been aligned and developed further. The objective is to optimise the relationship between the environmental, social and environmental aspects on which the organisation has an impact.

Level of ambition
The management team has decided in favour of gradually raising the level of CSR within its organisation. Its motto is: ‘each positive step counts'. Do what you can and communicate it with conviction. From late 2008, we have considered for each decision what impact it has on the environment and society, allowing us to implement measures whenever a negative impact is expected.
